Easy 4 Steps Recipe: Lemon Sugar Crêpes with Whipped Cream Cheese

Welcome to the 1st blog post of Nobel's Kitchen! This is really exciting as I've been preparing for the launch of this blog for almost two months now, and I can finally share with you all my newborn baby! I am keeping this intro short as I want you to enjoy this website with beautiful images instead of words, I want you to feel hungry after browsing the pages and think about what you want to cook for dinner tonight. 檸檬砂糖醬法式薄餅配鮮忌廉

INGREDIENTS 材料

For the crêpes 法式薄餅:

  • 1 cup All purpose flour 麵粉 1杯

  • 2 Large eggs 蛋 2隻

  • 1 cup Milk 牛奶 1杯

  • 1/2 cup Water 水 1/2杯

  • 1/4 tsp Salt 鹽 1/4茶匙

  • 3 tbsp Butter 牛油 3湯匙

For the whipped cream cheese 鮮忌廉芝士:

  • 2 tbsp Honey 蜜糖 2湯匙

  • 2 tsp Vanilla essence 雲尼拿香油 2茶匙

  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream 鮮忌廉 1杯

  • 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese 忌廉芝士 8盎司

For the lemon sugar 檸檬砂糖醬:

  • 2 Lemons, zest of 檸檬皮 2個檸檬份量,切絲

  • 1 cup Granulated sugar 砂糖 1杯

DIRECTIONS

  1. To make the crêpes, mix all the ingredients until well combined. Heat a non-stick pan and add butter to coat. Pour 1/3 cup of batter into the center of the pan and swirl to spread evenly. Cook for 30 seconds and flip, then cook for another 10 seconds. Lay them out flat so they can cool. Makes about 10 crêpes.

  2. To prepare the whipped cream cheese, add the cream cheese and heavy cream to a mixing bowl. Beat on high speed with electric mixer until soft peaks form, then beat in the honey and vanilla until just combined. Cover and place in the fridge until ready to serve.

  3. To make the lemon sugar, add the ¾ cup sugar and the lemon zest to a high-powered blender until the sugar is very fine. Stir in the remaining sugar.

  4. To assemble, spread the whipped cream cheese inside the crêpe and dust with the lemon sugar, and voilà! Bon Appétit!

做法

1. 先製作薄餅,將所有法式薄餅的材料均勻地混合。加熱不粘底鍋,並加入適量牛油。將1/3杯薄餅混合物倒入鍋中心,煎30秒鐘,翻轉,然後再煮10秒鐘。將完成的薄餅放在一旁冷卻,這份量大約可做出10片薄餅。

2. 準備鮮忌廉芝士,將鮮忌廉和忌廉芝士用電動攪拌器高速打發至蓬鬆挺身,然後加入蜜糖和雲尼拿香油拌勻,完成後放在雪櫃待用。

3. 製作檸檬砂糖醬,將¾杯糖和檸檬皮放入攪拌機中攪至混合成醬,然後拌入餘下的砂糖。

4. 最後,將厚厚的鮮忌廉芝士塗抹在法式薄餅內並,然後在薄餅外灑上檸檬砂糖醬就大功告成!
